Gloim was entrusted by CTR, a global automotive parts company, to design a digital strategy enabling communication with customers across six regions: North America, Europe, South America, Thailand, the Middle East, and Kazakhstan. Through Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, we created platform-tailored content, responded attentively to customer inquiries, and maintained a dynamic online presence for the CTR brand.

Our approach to marketing was rooted in localization, not just translation. Content was produced in English, Spanish, Arabic, Thai, and Kazakh, with culturally relevant design elements. We also planned impactful short-form videos and collaborated with influencers in key Latin American markets such as Mexico, Peru, and El Salvador, allowing CTR to integrate seamlessly into everyday consumer life.

Advertising campaigns on Meta and YouTube further amplified these efforts. As of May 2023, CTR achieved a 554% increase in ad reach and a 278% increase in impressions year-over-year, solidifying its presence on the global stage.
